  1. Mussels are cleaned of beards and well washed in cold running water. Open the shells and clam halves stacked on a baking sheet.
  2. Chop the parsley with peeled garlic cloves in a blender or chop very finely with a knife. Mix with breadcrumbs. Fill the shells with the resulting mixture. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 g, for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
