Mussels are cleaned of beard and well washed in cold running water. Open the shells and halves with clam stacked on a baking sheet.
Parsley with peeled cloves of garlic grind in a blender or chop up very finely with a knife. Mix with breadcrumbs. Fill the shells with the mixture. Put in the oven heated to 200 g for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
