This dish is a landmark for our family! We often like to cook for a romantic evening, very tasty with red wine. The taste of this dish is delicate and creamy.
Here are our products, as well as frying oil and salt. Put the mussels in a bag in the sink for thawing.
Cut the onion into thin half rings and put it in a preheated frying pan with oil. Lightly fry the onion over medium heat.
Add the garlic passed through the press and mix. Put it out. Add the cream. Add salt to taste. Don’t forget that hard cheese is also quite salty.
The cream should not boil, make a minimum fire. Rinse the thawed mussels with cold water and put them in the sauce. The better the mussels are cooked, the tastier our dish will be. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat. Switch off.
Cook the pasta. Fettuccine would be best. You can take fresh pasta or cook it yourself as you like. When cooking, I added a little rapeseed oil with basil.
Arrange the pasta on plates. For the first course, it is better to take with a small side or with both at once.
Spread the mussels with onions on the pasta in the middle of the plate with a spoon and pour the sauce over it. The final touch is cheese. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and generously sprinkle our dish!!! Enjoy your meal!!!
