Oatmeal Cookies with Zucchini Recipe
Soft curd-oatmeal cookies with the addition of grated zucchini. We can say that the cookies are dietary, because there is absolutely no butter and low-fat cottage cheese in it. I liked the healthy and delicious cookies, they are perfect for a cup of coffee with cream.

  1. GRATE the zucchini on a medium-sized grater. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and extinguish the soda in it.
  2. Put sugar, salt, zucchini on the cottage cheese and break the egg. Plug.
  3. Add the oatmeal, stir and let stand for 5 minutes to make the flakes swell. Then – flour and mix.
  4. Spoon onto a non-stick baking dish or baking paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. You can do with a poppy.
  5. Place in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at t-180 C. Focus on your oven.
  6. The cookies are ready!
