  1. Quite a few ingredients we need for this cookie. Powdered sugar can take any, t e without vanilla. Instead of almonds is better to take the almonds, but I could not buy and bought just nuts. Oatmeal can take any. I always use coarse flakes for myself and for cookies I took Hercules. In a blender, smashed cereal with powdered sugar. Broke not to the flour and to make it clear that it's cereal.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, where we will make the dough for cookies. Add the flour, but whole wheat is better. Nuts I broke the pestle in a mortar is not small. They can be fried in advance.

  3. The butter should be spread from the fridge in advance so it is soft. Cut it into small pieces and spread to a mixture with nuts and two drops of almond flavor.

  4. Grind hands into crumbs. If the dough is too crumbly, then you need to add some more oil. The dough is pliable, does not stick to the hands and I rolled it into a ball.

  5. Prepare a baking sheet covered with baking paper. I'll use a silicone Mat. From the dough pieces tear off, roll into small balls, flattening them into cookies. Cookies turned 9 PCs D~ 5 cm and height-1 cm. Laid on the Mat with a distance from each other. The oven warmed up to t-180 C.

  6. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I have a mini oven and it bakes really fast. It took me 10 minutes. Don't overdo the cookies. Out of the oven it is removed you need to immediately. Cool completely. Cookies in the baking process will be larger diameter~7 cm.
