  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg cream, sugar, cinnamon.
  2. Whisk with a blender.
  3. Add oat flakes, candied fruits, baking powder, vanilla sugar, mix well. It turns out that such a mass, which needs to stand for 30 minutes to swell.
  4. Then you can fry in a well-heated frying pan, greased with oil, under a lid. And you can, like me, bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
  5. Bake until completely dry.
