Okroshka with flour kvass. My grandmother’s classic recipe. I think you can do it on bread kvass. As soon as spring begins, start cooking very often, apparently, there is a shortage of vitamins in the body that have accumulated over the winter.
Onions and herbs are finely chopped and mixed with salt. To do this, stir until the juice appears.
Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Cut the eggs into slices, add to the pan and pour kvass.
Mash some of the potatoes and add them to the okroshka, and eat some later. Whisk the soup with milk, sour cream or mayonnaise.
You can also add grated radish and any boiled meat. It turns out very tasty!
