Omelet “Hearty Breakfast” Recipe
A budget and hearty breakfast is very easy to prepare from absolutely simple products that are in every refrigerator. If there is no Peking cabbage, you can replace it with ordinary white cabbage. The omelet turns out very juicy;)

Ingredients

Dill

Seasoning
to taste

Vegetable oil
Instructions
Cut the onion into half rings and fry it first.
Cut the Peking cabbage crosswise into small pieces and add to the onion in a frying pan.
Mix eggs with milk, add salt and whisk with a fork, pour into a frying pan.
When the vegetables are soft, add finely chopped dill, salt and spices.
Cover with a lid and fry on low heat from 2 sides until tender.
Serve with fresh cucumber, grainy mustard and bread with butter!
