Marinate the chicken breast with salt, garlic, vegetable oil (20 ml) and bake in the oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms (not mine), cut into cubes and season with oil, add salt, add garlic and mix thoroughly. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 220° for 10 minutes. Cucumbers are cut into strips, cherry tomatoes are cut into quarters. Divide the gherkins in half, cut the potatoes into strips, boil the egg, divide the whites from the yolks, cut the whites into strips. Cut the chicken breast into strips. In a bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables, add the mushrooms and put them aside.
Prepare the dressing: mix the egg yolk, sour cream, dill, salt.
We fill the salad with sauce, mix thoroughly. We spread the lettuce leaves beautifully on a plate and spread our salad on top. For brightness, we also decorate the salad with cherry tomatoes. Bon Appetit!
