  1. We take a round baking dish, I have a frying pan with a size of 26×26. Lightly brush with vegetable oil. Lay out two sheets of pita bread. And once again lightly brush the pita bread with vegetable oil. If the pita bread is large or not round, cut the edges with scissors.
  2. Cut the sausage into medium-sized squares and spread on pita bread.
  3. Wash the bell pepper and cut into small pieces, add to the sausage. Finely chop the onion and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cut the tomato into cubes. Finely chop the greens. We send it in the form of pita bread. Sprinkle our vegetables with pepper to taste.
  5. Beat eggs with milk and salt and pour our pita bread with sausage and vegetables.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180C. We put our omelet for 10-15 minutes, the eggs should freeze, focusing on your oven. We take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it back to the oven for 10 minutes. Ready!
