  1. Add sugar, salt and eggs to kefir at room temperature. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add flour. Mix again.
  3. Pour boiling water from the total amount into a mug and add soda, mix.

  5. Add vegetable oil and mix.
  6. Fry pancakes.
  7. Put the cherries and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
  8. Remove from heat and add starch, diluted in a small amount of water.
  9. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute until thickened. Let it cool completely.
  10. Put cottage cheese with powdered sugar on a pancake, and cherries on top.
  11. Turn into a roll.
