Instructions
Add sugar, salt and eggs to kefir at room temperature. Mix well.
Gradually add flour. Mix again.
Pour boiling water from the total amount into a mug and add soda, mix.
Add to the dough. We mix and look at the consistency, add either boiling water or flour.
Add vegetable oil and mix.
Fry pancakes.
Put the cherries and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and add starch, diluted in a small amount of water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute until thickened. Let it cool completely.
Put cottage cheese with powdered sugar on a pancake, and cherries on top.
Turn into a roll.
Spread it in a spiral shape.
Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk.
Add sour cream and mix.
Fill and sprinkle with almond petals.
Bake at 180⁰С for 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
The rest of the pancakes can be served with condensed milk, sour cream or jam.
