  1. Put all the ingredients in a deep container and whisk. I was whipping at 1 speed of the mixer. You can beat it with a fork or whisk. The dough turns out to be liquid. Do not add more flour, this is quite enough!
  2. Heat the pan well and lightly oil it. If you want to get a pancake with a lot of holes and a pattern, lubricate the mold quite a bit each time (for pancakes with honey, I did that). If you prefer a more ruddy and dense pancake for the filling, then do not grease the pan at all (except for the 1st time). In my case, these are pancakes with caviar. P.S. These are my personal observations and conclusions.
