The season of fresh berries begins, I suggest you prepare a great Breakfast for yourself and your loved ones - pancakes. Strawberry! Tender, flavorful, good with sour cream, nut paste or fruit ice cream!
Clean the strawberries from the leaves, wash them in running water, dry them on a paper towel, and chop them into a smooth puree using a blender or fork.
Prepare the products for the dough.
The yogurt should be at room temperature.
Sift the flour.
Take refined, odorless vegetable oil.
Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar to the egg bowl.
Beat with a mixer in a strong foam.
Add the strawberry puree and mix.
Pour the soda into the kefir, mix and pour into the egg-strawberry mixture.
Combine with a mixer for 1 minute at low speed.
Add flour and knead the dough.
It should be thicker than pancakes. Slowly drain from the spoon.
Let the dough rest for five minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the desired amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. The amount of oil depends on the diameter of the pan.
When you pour the dough, it should be immersed in 1/3 of the oil.
In the preheated oil, pour the dough one tablespoon at a time.
Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
Adjust the oil temperature so that the pancakes do not burn.
I had a medium mode, a "5" from "9" above is not necessary.
Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
From this number of products I got 23 pancakes.
Serve hot, with mint leaves and powdered sugar. Prudent guest.
