Instructions
Put the frying pan on medium heat, reheat. Mix the sifted flour, sugar, salt and powdered milk or cream in a bowl.
Add the eggs.
Pour in mineral water and knead thoroughly to remove lumps.
Add soda and lemon juice, mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix again.
Bake in a pancake or cast-iron pan for 1-1.5 minutes over medium heat.
Turn over and cook for another 1 minute. You will get 10 pancakes with a thickness of 26 cm ..
Stack and serve hot, sprinkled with butter.
