Instructions
  1. Let’s first prepare the dough for pancakes. Sift flour (only wheat flour can be used). Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Pour in the buttermilk with soda and a small amount of beaten egg.
  2. Knead the dough, pour in sunflower deodorized Olein oil, mix well. If necessary, you can add a little water if the dough turned out to be too liquid, and vice versa. Leave it on for half an hour.
  3. Take two frying pans, one for frying pancakes, the other for eggs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Fry bacon slices in a frying pan for scrambled eggs, set aside, fry eggs 3 pieces per serving. Grease another frying pan, heated, with oil and pour out the dough with a ladle.
  5. Fry on one side, turn over, sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  6. Put eggs and bacon slices in the middle.
  7. Fold the edges of the pancake with a spatula.
  8. As if forming a square. Sprinkle with black pepper. Remove from the mold and repeat the procedure 4 more times.
  9. Ready!
