You can prepare the pancake batter according to your favorite recipe.
Only at the end for a chocolate pancake, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa per 250 ml of your pancake batter.
I made chocolate pancakes according to the classic recipe-mix milk, egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil to a homogeneous state, mix flour. To the finished pancake batter add 2 tbsp cocoa.
Dough is ready.
Make the stuffing.
2 tablespoons of poppy seeds pour 50 ml of milk, add sugar, leave for 10 minutes (while baking pancakes). When the poppy is saturated with milk, add to it cottage cheese, sour cream and chopped marmalade.
Stir, try the sugar-if necessary, adjust.
Instead of marmalade, you can take candied fruit or any fruit that does not flow.
From the chocolate pancake batter bake in a greased hot pan pancakes.
On each pancake evenly apply the filling evenly.
Wrap the pancake roll.
Cut and serve it.
Decorate to taste and desire - I have marmalade on top.
Simple, fast, delicious and beautifully (well, in my opinion)).
