Instructions
  1. For a casserole, you need to boil any small pasta. I use lagman noodles. We make minced meat or take ready-made. Salt and pepper to taste. We form balls. I got 8 pieces. In oil, 1 tbsp (0.5 tbsp, leave to grease the form) in a pan, fry the meatballs a little on all sides to brown. We take them out on a plate and in the same frying pan and the same oil, fry onions and tomatoes, chopped at random, until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  2. Take a suitable shape. I took a glass one. Its height is 5 cm, width is 20 cm and length is 25 cm.We coat 0.5 tbsp with oil. Put half of the boiled pasta on the bottom. We spread the fried onions with tomatoes on them. The next layer is 4 plates of Hochland cheese. For cheese – meatballs.
  3. Cover the meatballs with a layer of pasta. We make the fill. In a bowl, combine cream, eggs, tomato paste, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Cayenne pepper is not necessary if there are children. Pepper on your plate. Fill in the contents of the form. We put it in the oven for 40 minutes, setting t-180 C. This time was enough for me. Focus on your oven.
  4. Here is such a beautiful casserole turned out.
  5. Serve hot directly from the oven. Fragrant and delicious. The cheese melted in it, combined with meatballs and a layer of onions with tomatoes. Very tasty!
