(chicken, fresh)

Green peas
(frozen)

Mozzarella

Onion
Dill
(to taste)

Olive oil
(for frying)

Instructions
In the place where we cook the soup, pour the oil. Finely chop the onion and fry for five minutes in butter.
Also add the peas and pour in the broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool down a little and pour the soup into a blender.
Cut the mozzarella into pieces.
And put it in a blender together with the dill sprigs.
It turned out a beautiful, homogeneous mass.
Sour cream and ground pepper can be added to the mashed soup if desired. Decorate with herbs.
