Cold, thirst-quenching peach tea is just a godsend. The preparation is very simple and relaxed. The taste is simply impossible to convey, I recommend trying it.
First prepare the syrup: bring a glass of water and a glass of sugar to a boil.
Meanwhile, cut the peach into 2 pieces.
Reduce the heat, put the peach slices in a saucepan, bring to a boil again, turn off the heat and leave for half an hour.
Boil 6 cups of water, put the tea bags in hot water. Let it brew to the desired color and taste. Take out the tea bags and let the tea cool down. Before serving, mix the tea and peach syrup, add the leaves and berries of black currant.
This tea (especially with ice, if it does not melt) is wonderful on a hot summer day.
