Htipiti is a popular Greek and Cypriot appetizer, consisting of a dip of feta cheese, garlic and baked bell peppers. Served with bread, pita, crackers, raw and cooked vegetables, meat and poultry.
Preheat the oven to 200 * C and bake the pepper and garlic.
We bake the garlic for about 10 minutes and take it out,
and bake the pepper for 30 minutes,
then put it in a bag so that it sweats and the skin is easily removed.
Peel the peppers from the seeds and skins
and the garlic from the husks.
Use a fork to mash the garlic, pepper and feta.
Add the oil and lemon juice.
Add spices and pepper to taste.
I had a ready-made spice with basil, oregano and dried tomatoes.
Close the jar and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or better at night, so that all the flavors and flavors are mixed.
