Pink Salmon under a Bread Crust Recipe
Even pink salmon (frankly, not the juiciest fish), baked under such a crust, turns out juicy, tender and very tasty!!! By the way, the dish is so satisfying that, in my opinion, nothing but a salad of fresh vegetables is needed in it anymore!!!

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, pour lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. This time we prepare bread “dough”: mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, crushed garlic, soft butter, salt and chopped herbs.
  2. Put the pink salmon in a baking dish and cover it with bread “dough”. Place in a preheated 160 degree oven until the bread crust is browned.
  3. Here is such a pink salmon! Enjoy your meal!!!
