Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table and smear it with half of the melted cheese.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and put them on top. Then cover with a second sheet of pita bread.
Grate hard cheese and boiled eggs, mix. Grease the second lavash with the remaining cheese, sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and eggs and chopped parsley, not reaching the edge of 15 cm.
Thinly slice the ham and lay it on top.
Also thinly slice the cucumber and put it on top of the ham.
Gently twist the pita bread into a roll, lightly smearing it with mayonnaise when twisting to secure it. The free edge should also be lubricated with mayonnaise and fix the pita bread
Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
After a while, the roll can be served to the table by cutting it with a sharp knife into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.
