Polish Ribs Recipe
Traveling by car, we always cross Poland, trying to get acquainted with the country and cuisine. And we really like the cuisine – simple, hearty, inexpensive! At home, I tried to cook similar ribs several times, but something didn’t work out, then I had to resort to the help of a girl I know from another forum and who lives in Poland. Now the ribs turn out very similar!

  1. Products that we will need.
  2. Put the washed ribs in a saucepan, add onions, carrots, celery, salt, pour in a minimum amount of water so that it only covers the ribs. Cook from the moment of boiling for 1 hour. if there is a lot of meat on the ribs, then after about 1.5 hours.
  3. For the marinade, mix sweet soy sauce, dry grass, oil, vinegar.
  4. Pour the boiled, slightly cooled ribs properly with marinade and leave for 2 hours or put in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. If we serve ribs with potatoes, then peel it, cut it into cubes. Lightly salt the potatoes, grease with vegetable oil, mix. Grease a saucepan or a frying pan with a thick bottom with vegetable oil. Put the ribs on the edges, put the potatoes in the center. Put in a preheated 220 deg oven. After 20 minutes, gently stir the potatoes. After another 20 minutes, if the potatoes are not ready, take out the ribs, cover with foil and remove to a warm place, mix the potatoes again and put them in the oven until ready.
