Instructions
  1. Chop the fish and cut the fillet into ~ 3 cm pieces . Put it in a bowl, pour soy sauce and, if desired, a little pepper. I didn’t salt it, I had enough soy sauce. Let the slices marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the batter. Pour sour milk into a bowl and add soda. Sour milk can be replaced with kefir or yogurt. Whisk with a whisk. The soda is running out. Add sugar, salt and egg. Everyone connects. Sift the flour.
  3. The dough has a consistency similar to thick sour cream. I took a non-stick frying pan, which does not require a lot of oil to bake fish. Put on fire, pour in sunflower oil, warm up. A piece of fish is put on a fork and dipped in batter. The dough turns out to be thick, and a sufficient amount of it goes to each piece. During the baking process, the pieces will look like pancakes when baking.
  4. Put the pieces in a frying pan. I fried the specified amount of fish twice and pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan for each fold. Frying pan D-24 cm. To make the fish very fried and the top of the dough would be crispy, you need to pour more oil. Fry on one side until a beautiful color, and when the dough grabs, turn it over easily. Nothing falls apart.
  5. Fry the fish on the other side over medium heat. Here is such a beautiful pollock in the dough! Place on a paper towel, remove excess oil and place in a bowl.
  6. Bon appetit.
