Pork Ham Cutlets with Mustard Recipe
Cutlets, the filling for which I will cook in a food processor from pork ham with a small amount of fat, with the addition of white breadcrumbs and mustard to the dough. Airy, tender, thanks to the fact that I ground the meat into minced meat in a combine on a pulsating mode. For a festive serving, I will beautifully fry them in strips in a grill pan.

  1. prepare the filling with a food processor. I will put all the ingredients that I specified into the bowl of the combine and grind everything to a homogeneous mass in just 1 minute. In mode No. 2 -30 seconds, and in pulsating mode – another 30 seconds. Egg is not added to minced meat. Sprinkle everything with white breadcrumbs. You can put breadcrumbs in minced meat and breadcrumbs. I will beat the finished minced meat several times at the bottom of a deep plate into which I will put it. I hit 4 times. The filling turned out great. I will send the minced meat to brew in the refrigerator, at least for 30-40 minutes. Thus, the finished cutlets will turn out even tastier! I shape the cutlets with wet hands and roll them in breadcrumbs. I love small cutlets. I got 7 pieces of cutlets from the amount of minced meat, weighing about 70 g.
  2. I fry cutlets in a beautiful strip on a grill pan. My frying pan is 28 cm large, and I will put all the cutlets on it at once. Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil, heat it up and lay out the cutlets. Fry the first side over medium heat. Do not touch the cutlets so that the strips remain beautiful. As soon as the cutlets are nicely browned, turn them over, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid. Again, do not touch them, but check their readiness by piercing them with a knife or fork. Fry until tender. The cutlets will fry quickly. Cutlets can be fried in a regular frying pan.
  3. Cutlets can be served on the festive table immediately, at the beginning of the feast, before the main hot! They will serve as an excellent snack, saturate your guests, and you will slowly serve the main hot dish on the table. The cutlets are delicious and cold. There is very little fat in the cutlets, they were fried in a grill pan with a minimum amount of oil. Fragrant, beautiful and delicious!
