I fry cutlets in a beautiful strip on a grill pan. My frying pan is 28 cm large, and I will put all the cutlets on it at once. Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil, heat it up and lay out the cutlets. Fry the first side over medium heat. Do not touch the cutlets so that the strips remain beautiful. As soon as the cutlets are nicely browned, turn them over, reduce the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid. Again, do not touch them, but check their readiness by piercing them with a knife or fork. Fry until tender. The cutlets will fry quickly. Cutlets can be fried in a regular frying pan.
