Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into walnut-sized pieces. Peeled onions cut into half rings.
  2. Fry the meat in a preheated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil.
  3. Put the onion and butter in a frying pan, add a little salt and fry until transparent.
  4. Crumble the cake and pour it with a glass of beer.
  5. In a cauldron, mix the onion with the meat. If we cook with coriander, add chopped coriander to the cauldron. If you replace the cilantro with parsley and dill, then add them 10 minutes before the dish is ready. Turn the spatula over for 30-50 seconds and pour in the remaining beer and salt. Beer may need more or less, depending on the diameter of the vessel. The meat should be lightly coated with beer.
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer under the lid for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Peel, pour beer, mash and add to the meat together with cumin and hot pepper. Mix everything and send it under the lid to a minimum heat for 15-20 minutes. Open the lid, mix thoroughly, try to add salt and pepper and send it back under the lid for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Well, that’s it. Fragrant, delicious and simple.
