  1. Put the meat in a bowl, add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. You can leave it for a longer time, but at the same time put it in the refrigerator.
  2. At this time, you can cook mushrooms and peppers. First, cut the pepper into strips about 3 cm thick, and then cut each strip into pieces diagonally. Then pour the oil into the pan and put the garlic and onion there. The onion should become soft.
  3. Add our meat, mix and leave to stew under a closed lid. Usually, the juice contained in the meat is enough to make the meat squeeze. If the liquid has evaporated, but the meat is not ready yet, add a little water.
  4. Then add the mushrooms and seasoning, mix.
  5. Immediately after that, put the pepper, stir and make the fire stronger. Hold for 2-3 minutes. Peppers must be periodically interrupted.
  6. Add corn starch, previously diluted in 1/2 cup of water, and add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir, let the sauce boil. Remove from the heat.
