Pork with Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Onions Recipe
Baked pork in the oven with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with béchamel sauce under a cheese coat turns out to be very tender, soft, juicy, fragrant and appetizing. Béchamel sauce gives the dish a wonderful creamy taste. The meat with the vegetables definitely need to try.

  1. Pork cut into small pieces, salt (0.5 tsp salt), pepper and add paprika. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Put butter and flour on a cold frying pan.
  3. Fry flour with butter when the mixture boils add milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stirring constantly.
  4. Onion cut into feathers.
  5. Mushrooms cut into cubes.
  6. Tomatoes cut into slices.
  7. In a baking pan put the pork, then the onion. Grease with Béchamel sauce, about 2-3 tablespoons.
  8. Next, spread the mushrooms, salt and pepper them and grease with sauce.
  9. Spread on top of the tomatoes.
  10. Grease with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put some cheese or sour cream. Send in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until Golden brown.
  11. Ready.
