Remove the bone from the chicken thigh.
Cut the thigh into 3 parts, leaving the skin. Season with salt and pepper.
Onion cut into rings, if the onion is very large-half rings.
Cut the potatoes into rings. Salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, cream and egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly pour the sour cream mixture over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Put a layer of potatoes, then a layer of onions.
Lay out the chicken. Lightly pour over the sour cream mixture.
Again, put a layer of onions, then a layer of potatoes on it.
Pour the remaining sour cream filling. Cover with foil or a lid.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the foil or lid and bake until Golden brown.
