  1. Potatoes are washed and peeled. GRATE it on a coarse grater. Add eggs.
  2. Mix the potatoes and eggs thoroughly. Add salt and mix again. Let it stand for a while. In the meantime, let’s wash and chop our greens.
  3. We send the greens to potatoes and eggs. Add pepper, dry garlic and flour.
  4. Mix everything well. It turned out to be a very beautiful dough for pancakes.
  5. Put the pan on the stove. We heat it up well and reduce the heating power by half. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. We will also prepare a board with a paper towel. We will spread our pancakes on it.
  6. Spoon our pancakes into the pan. Flatten, giving the shape of an oval. Cover with a lid. Fry for 4 minutes.
  7. Somersault. Cover again and wait for another 4 minutes. Let me remind you that the power of the stove should be two times less, then the pancakes will not burn.
  8. We put the finished pancakes on a paper towel. And so we cook until the dough runs out. An important moment! The dough is constantly mixed in a bowl during cooking. Potatoes secrete juice, and it is important that it is mixed with all the ingredients. How many servings did you get? It’s up to you! You can feed an entire company!
  9. You can serve it with sour cream, without it, or with any sauce you like. Enjoy your meal!
