Potato Pie in a Frying Pan Recipe
This is a pie made from crushed fried potatoes with the addition of a filling of hunting sausages, green arrows of garlic and cheese. Potato pie is a great option for both Breakfast and dinner.

  1. All products are simple and affordable.
  2. I peel potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small cubes. I chop onions. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan. I throw potato cubes and onions. A little salt. Fry until half cooked for 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir frequently to avoid forming a crust.
  3. While the potatoes are being fried, I cut the sausages into circles. I chop the garlic arrows. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. In a deep bowl, I break the eggs. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Beat with a fork until smooth.
  5. Ready potatoes a little mash with a fork right in the pan.
  6. Add the mashed potatoes to the egg mixture.
  7. Mix well.
  8. In a preheated clean frying pan, pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil. Spread half of the egg-potato mixture. Fry on a slightly lower-than-average heat for 1 minute to set the base.
  9. I put half of the cheese in the pan on the potatoes. Distribute garlic on top of the arrow and slices of sausage.
  10. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  11. Fill the entire filling with the second half of the egg-potato mixture.
  12. I fry the pie on a slightly lower-than-average heat. Fry on each side for 20 minutes. It is convenient to turn it over using an auxiliary plate. When turning, pour another 1 tbsp of sunflower oil into the pan.
