  1. Peel the potatoes and cook as usual.
  2. Fry the onion until the potatoes are ready. Cut the cucumber into small pieces. In parallel, we are engaged in filling.
  3. Add egg, butter and a little milk to the boiled potatoes and make a puree.
  4. Add onions and cucumbers to the puree. Just stir with a spoon. If it is very hot, then let it cool down a little before adding flour. Gradually add the sifted flour until the dough becomes viscous. It will take about a glass of flour.
  5. Lightly fry the minced meat. Add chopped pepper, zucchini, soy sauce to it. This adds piquancy, emphasizes the taste of each ingredient and makes the taste bright and harmonious. Fry the filling over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
  6. Prepare the mold- brush a little with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Distribute 2/3 of the mashed potatoes with onions and cucumbers in the form of a bowl. Lay out the stuffing from the minced meat. Place slices of dried tomatoes on top. Cover the pie with the remaining mashed potatoes. Puncture in several places. Put in a preheated 180 ° oven for 50 minutes. Depends on the shape you are using and the height of the cake.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before it is ready. Increase the heat to 200-220 so that the cheese is browned.
