I like the combination of potatoes, meat and mushrooms! Thinking about what can be made from these products, I decided to make rolls – very tasty, tender, with a crispy crust at the bottom.

  1. Mushrooms and onions cut into small cubes, mix with minced meat (I have mixed). Salt and pepper. Mix the filling.
  2. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water, drain all the water, the potatoes should be dry. Add the egg and sifted flour to the cooled potatoes (mash in mashed potatoes).
  3. And knead the potato dough. The dough turns out soft.
  4. I divided the dough into 12 parts.
  5. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the cakes. Lay out the filling and roll it into a roll.
  6. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour and lay out the rolls.
  7. I smeared half of the rolls with mayonnaise, the other half with mayonnaise mixed with ketchup. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  8. Ready!
  9. I served it with herbs and pickles.
