A hearty potato salad – both for lunch and dinner will be good! A very simple salad.

Instructions
  1. Cut the potatoes into thin strips (it is better to use potatoes of “wax” varieties, rather than crumbly).
  2. Boil the water, lightly salt it (as for pasta) and dip the potatoes into it, cook for 1 minute, then discard on a sieve and let the water drain. Cool completely.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown. Cool completely.
  4. Mix potatoes, onions and sliced cucumbers.
  5. For dressing, mix oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, dry adjika and sauce.
  6. Season the salad, mix and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  7. Important! Be sure to cool all the vegetables completely before mixing the salad, otherwise it will be bitter (checked). The salad turns out to be very satisfying, it can be served as an independent dish.
