If you love liver, then do not pass by this tender, juicy salad! Very tender, delicious, hearty and beautiful salad! I was looking for something to help out, turning into a full-fledged dinner.

  1. Peel the liver from the films and boil for 30 minutes in salted water (I usually add a few peas of pepper, onions and a few sprigs of greens.
  2. We rub our products on a coarse grater – liver, potatoes, cucumbers.
  3. We begin to collect our salad. We cover a suitable-sized form with food wrap – we do this in order to make it easier to take out our salad with a slide. and the first layer is half of the potatoes, smear it with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  4. Now we spread a layer of liver, then a layer of pickled cucumbers, sprinkle with herbs and mayonnaise again.
  5. Repeat – that is, potatoes + mayonnaise again, then liver, cucumbers, greens and mayonnaise. Turn the bowl onto a plate and shake out our salad with a slide. Remove the plastic wrap.
  6. Lubricate our billet with mayonnaise and sprinkle with dill greens. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  7. Ready!
