Cut the pork into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes slightly smaller than the meat. Tomatoes, peppers, carrots and onions are also small cubes.
Fry the meat until golden brown.
Add the carrots and onions. Simmer until the vegetables are ready.
Separately fry the potatoes in butter.
Put the finished meat, potatoes (hot), tomatoes, bell peppers and herbs in one container and mix. Allow to infuse for 15 minutes so that all the ingredients exchange their flavors and aromas.
