Instructions
Wash the mushrooms, peel the onions and potatoes, if they are large, cut into two parts.
Cut the vegetables into thin slices, I did it with a food processor.
Put the vegetables in a baking dish with high sides, season with spices, salt and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then stir and bake for another 20 minutes.
