Instructions
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. I use purple potatoes.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Add salt, sour cream and 2/3 cheese.
Mix well.
Put it in a heat-resistant mold.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Then take out the dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
