  1. Cut the potatoes into strips, heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes, stirring, 8-10 minutes, salt, pepper.
  2. Give drain excess oil and shift the potatoes into a baking dish (if necessary, lay the parchment).
  3. In the same pan, where fried potatoes add butter, spread the chopped onion.
  4. And fry.
  5. Next, spread the onion stuffing.
  6. Fry, breaking up the lumps, about 3 minutes.
  7. Add flour and stir.
  8. Pour in the milk, add spices and salt.
  9. Warm up until thick, stirring. The resulting mass is evenly distributed over the potatoes.
  10. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
  11. Put in the oven 180* for 30 minutes. The dish is ready. Tasty, creamy, tender and satisfying it turns out.
