  1. Boil chicken liver (150 gr.), pass through a meat grinder, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Chop the onion into small cubes. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the pan and saute the onion until Golden. Cook rice (4 tablespoons) in salted water until Al dente. In a bowl, combine the components of the filling for baking, adjust the salt to taste, add a little broth. The filling should turn out to be tender and soft in consistency.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer. Cut the dough layer into squares of equal size. The approximate number of squares is 16-18 pieces.
  3. On the side of the corner, make small cuts with a roller knife for the dough, not reaching the middle by about 1-1. 5 cm,as shown in the photo. Put the filling on the second, opposite part.
  4. Connect the outer opposite corners of the square. Along the edge of the triangle, press the sides with a fork.
  5. Place the triangles on a baking sheet covered with parchment or silicone Mat. Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Send the baking sheet to a preheated oven to 190-200C.
  6. Bake until Golden brown.
