Delicious quiche turned out! With a very interesting sweet and salty taste-tender cottage cheese dough, creamy filling with bacon, nuts and grapes, with a subtle aftertaste of pink pepper. And if here and a glass of wine – mmmm… You should try it!
In a bowl, pour the milk, olein vegetable oil, add the cottage cheese, flour with baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Knead the dough quickly – it is soft and pliable. If they do, (depending on the cheese) then add the flour.
Spread the dough into shapes or on parchment with your hands.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion (cut into cubes) with bacon.
Cool.
Filling.
Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, egg, bacon and onion, add salt and pepper to taste-mix well.
Spread the filling on the dough, on top of the onion, cut into thin half rings, put the grapes, sprinkle with nuts and, if desired, pink pepper.
Oven for 200.
Bake for 15 minutes until browned-focus on your oven.
Baked in a ceramic form in a non-stick form and on parchment-worst of all in a ceramic-too soft quiche. On parchment and in non-stick just super!
