Quiche is prepared very quickly.
First of all, turn on the oven to warm up at 200 degrees.
Prepare the ingredients.
It takes a few minutes to prepare the dough. to do this, sift the flour, grate the hard cheese, add the egg, salt, dry herbs and knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
Grease the form with vegetable oil, put the pumpkin, sprinkle with dried herbs and garlic powder, put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
While the pumpkin is baking, prepare the filling. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. To the yolks, grate hard cheese, finely chopped cheese, sour cream and most of the seeds, mix everything. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until light peaks form.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven, cool slightly, add it to the filling, stir.
Roll out the dough, I rolled out on a special Teflon baking paper, covering the dough with cling film.
Transfer the dough to the form for Kish, I don't have one, I used a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm. The dough should be slightly larger than the bottom of the mold, as you can see in the photo. Put in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Now add the whipped whites to the filling and mix, that's the beauty of it.
Remove the dough from the oven, put the filling, sprinkle with the remaining seeds, and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven.
Our quiche is ready, leave in the form for 10 minutes to cool.
