  1. Cut the liver into strips or pieces and rinse under running cold water, let the water drain.
  2. Peel the onion and carrot and cut into strips. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater. Fry in a saucepan in vegetable oil.
  3. Add the liver.
  4. Quickly fry over high heat, without ceasing to stir.
  5. As soon as the liver changes color, add salt, pepper and pour mayonnaise and sour cream.
  6. Stir, bring to a boil quickly, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  7. Mix flour well with 2 tablespoons of sour cream, dilute with water.
  8. And pour into a saucepan 5 minutes before cooking, mix.
  9. Then sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
  10. Fast and easy. The liver turns out to be very soft and tender. My granddaughters have been eating this liver since they were two years old. There should be a lot of sauce. It turns out very tasty. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes, sprinkled with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
