Instructions
Prepare the marinade: mix vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper mixture and mustard.
Cucumber cut into thin half rings, onion rings.
Pour the marinade over the cucumbers and onions, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
We clean the salted herring, cut it into fillets and cut it into thin strips.
Cucumbers are slightly squeezed out so that there is no excess liquid, mix with herring, put chopped (or grated) boiled beets in thin strips.
Add chopped green onions, dill and vegetable oil.
Stir the salad and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve the salad chilled.
