Cut the rabbit into portions. I have the back of a rabbit.
We prepare a marinade of grated garlic and ginger. soy sauce and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Marinate the rabbit for an hour.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Plates with mushrooms.
Fry the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms and fry for another 4-5 minutes. Add sour cream and salt. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Lightly fry the rabbit in vegetable oil.
Pour half of the boiling water and simmer for 40 minutes. Then pour in the mushroom sauce and simmer for another 20 minutes.
