Summer-berry time! Berries delight us with a variety of flavors. In summer, you can enjoy fresh berries and prepare a variety of dishes. Galette is one of my favorite pies. The thinnest crispy dough, berry-fruit filling… The red currant biscuits pleased us very much with their taste.
Add oat flakes with bran and sugar to the sifted flour. Stir.
Add chilled butter, diced.
RUB your hands until crumbs.
Add water and knead the dough.
The resulting dough is wrapped in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Currant touch, wash, dry.
Add sugar, starch. Stir.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out into a thin layer, put the rolled dough on a baking sheet, oiled.
Put the berry filling, leaving the edges free.
Wrap the edges of the dough inside, forming folds.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 35 minutes.
