  1. We prepare products for rice. All my products are weighed. Sweet red pepper cut in half and I will use half.
  2. I will use the spices that I usually use in Uzbek pilaf. So that zira reveals her fragrance, I will break it in a mortar. I have dried barberry.
  3. You need a saucepan or a deep frying pan small for so many products. I make rice for a weight loss diet. I poured 1 h l of olive oil and put the onion, cut randomly. Gilded until soft and added grated carrots on a medium grater. Then I cooked for 5 minutes under the lid on a minimum heat. I added a sweet pepper cut into a small cube. Stirred, added spices: cumin; turmeric; barberry.
  4. Stirred and then cooked for 3-5 minutes. Filled with water 0.5 cm above the vegetables. I added salt and pepper to the cayenne. Simmer for 10 minutes under the lid on low heat. I filled a bag of rice weighing 80 g over the entire surface of the saucepan. Cook until the liquid is completely absorbed into the rice. Then stirred and put 3 cloves of whole garlic on top of the recess. Under the lid, the rice was allowed to rest on a minimum heat for 10-15 minutes. The spicy rice is ready. Garlic can be removed. For me, the rice turned out to be 2 times.
  5. Serve.
  6. According to my diet, I need 150 g of ready-made rice with vegetables and 100 g of boiled chicken breast. This is one of the options for lunch.
