  1. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix sugar with vanilla. Add the sugar and butter to the flour and grind into fine crumbs.
  2. Rub the curd through a sieve or punch it with a blender. add the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, and starch whipped into the foam and mix until smooth. you can lightly beat with a blender. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, grease the baking dish with butter. 2/3 of the flour crumbs put in a mold and lightly press with the palm of your hand, gently lay out and smooth the filling. Dried apricots, if dry, then pre-soak and evenly distribute over the curd filling. Press the dried apricots into the filling and “cover” with the curd mass. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned. Check readiness with a dry splinter. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
