Cream cheese (cottage cheese), 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla 1 g and starch placed in a spacious container.
Beat into a lush and homogeneous mass.
Mix and sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and 1 g vanilla.
Beat 2 eggs to increase the volume 3 times and, without ceasing to beat, enter 100 g of brown sugar.
Add to the egg mixture vegetable oil, zest and yogurt, beat again.
In two steps, add the flour mixture and mix with a spatula from the bottom up and in a circle.
Place the dough in a form 23 cm in diameter, the bottom of which is covered with baking paper, and grease the entire form with margarine.
In the center of the dough lay the filling, which is slightly pressed apricots and sprinkle with almond petals.
Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40-45 minutes. Focus on your oven! To give the cake to cool completely and only then to release from the mold.
