Gradually add water, oil and mustard, and at the end slaked soda and knead the dough, add thyme.
The dough is ready.
Thinly roll out and slice the cookies.
I baked sesame cookies, especially for one of the new posts, a big fan of sesame seeds. We pour sesame seeds on the rolled out layer of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin so that it does not crumble!
Pierce the cookies with a fork and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
